The Promontory is a multi-phase subdivision located at the El Dorado County bordering Sacramento County. Carlton Engineering has worked on a wide range of products and services for the development over the past three years. A Tentative Map utilizing existing topo with record improvement drawings; improvement plans for roads, lots and utilities; and drainage studies, as well as water and sewer analysis has been provided by Carlton.

Carlton Engineering assisted in the development of the Multi-Purpose trail between Village Center and the Governor’s West subdivision by providing topographic information, design development for a preliminary horizontal and vertical alignment of the Trail; and Civil Engineering and Agency Processing for obtaining a Grading Permit with El Dorado County Department of Transportation.
