The 26 acre development of Travois will enjoy 1 acre home sites built by Warmington Homes. Carlton Engineering is providing design development of a grading plan based on Warmington Homes layout and preliminary house layout; grading and extra erosion control practices; amendments to the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan; and plot plans for the individual lots for submittal to the El Dorado County Building Department. Additionally, earthwork quantities and construction cost estimate for possible amendments to the required restoration bond will also be provided.
